Enroll Now

Step 1

Set up your Jackrabbit Account Portal & Login: If you have already set up your Jackrabbit Account with us and use it regularly, you may login and go on to Step 2. If you have not accessed the portal, click on the button below, and request a password reset.  Your email address is your user name. Once you have accessed your Jackrabbit Account via the button below, you can quickly link to a brief overview of what’s in the portal and how to use it. This only takes a couple of minutes and is worth your time. If it is the first time you entered the portal, you will be asked to review and agree to our policies.

Step 2

Register for Classes: Once you have logged in to the portal, you will see your student’s current schedule. These classes will close as of the recital and everyone will need to re-enroll in the new session. To do this, click on “Classes and Events,” and then on “Find Classes.” You will see a list of all classes offered according to your child’s age. Use your student evaluation recommendations to guide you to appropriate classes. When you find a class, click on it for more details. If it looks correct, click on “Enroll in this Class.” Be sure to check the box for the student to be enrolled and complete the enrollment on the next screen. You should receive a confirmation of your enrollment. You may notice that the tuition for each class reads $60. Multi-class discounting is calculated based on the number of classes taken, and if more than one class is taken, the price will be discounted accordingly. This doesn’t show in the portal until it is billed.

Transferring or Dropping Classes

Once classes have begun, you will not be able to withdraw your child from classes through the Parent Portal. If you need to switch or discontinue a class in your child’s schedule, you will need to contact Charlene and have her process the change for you. Charlene can be contacted through our portal, by clicking the the button below, or by direct email at cvpa_acctg@yahoo.com. Please be aware that adding another class without dropping one will result in a billing for both classes. Parents are responsible for notifying accounting of any changes to the students schedule and will be responsible for payment until such time as this notification is received.

Age Ranges

If your dancer is outside the system’s age range for a particular class, the system will not accept your enrollment. For example, the system will recognize a 9 year-old student as a “Child” and will not let that student enroll in “Junior” age classes. If a class outside of your student’s age rage was recommended on your evaluation, please contact Charlene at cvpa_acctg@yahoo.com and she will process the enrollment for you.
