Dropping or Switching A Class
Parents are responsible for notifying accounting of any changes to the students schedule and will be responsible for payment until such time as this notification is received. Please let us know if you would like to drop or switch a class in your child’s dance schedule by filling out the contact form below. This will generate an email to our accountant, Charlene, who can process the change for you. You may also email her directly at cvpa_acctg@yahoo.com. Please be aware that adding another class without dropping one will result in a billing for both classes.
